Alicja Majewska urodziła się 30 maja 1948 roku we Wrocławiu.Studiowała na Wydziale Psychologii Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego .Jej debiut przypadł na Festiwalu Piosenki Radzieckiej w 1968 roku.Współpracowała z Wojciechem Młynarskim.Obecnie współpracuje z Włodzimierzem Korczem.
W tym roku występowała razem z W.Korczem na 55. KFPP w Opolu.Na tymże festiwalu w 2015 roku ,odebrała razem z nim nagrodę Złoty Mikrofon.Jej najbardziej znane piosenki to “Jeszcze się tam żagiel bieli” i “Odkryjemy miłość nieznaną”.Wystąpiła w 13 odcinku serialu “07 zgłoś się”.
