Kapitan Nemo a właściwie Bogdan Tadeusz Gajkowski.To on w 1981 roku skomponował utwory “Brylanty” i “Nic naprawdę” na płytę “Układy” Izabeli Trojanowskiej.Rok 1984 przyniósł największy hit w jego karierze “Twoja Lorelei” . W 1986 roku nagrał płytę pod tytułem “Kapitan Nemo”. W 1992 przerwał karierę sceniczną.
W 2002 roku Kapitan Nemo wydał płytę “Wyobraźnia”.Był to jego powrót na scenę.
