Któż z Nas nie zna słynnego “The Final Countdown” zespołu EUROPE. W 2012 zespół gościł w Polsce i dał koncert we Wrocławiu.
Pamiętam jak w roku 1986 “The Final Countdown” było największym hitem na świecie. W każdej stacji radiowej i telewizji kilka razy dziennie emitowano go ku uciesze wszystkich widzów i słuchaczy.Nie marzyłem wtedy nawet ,że kiedyś uda mi się zobaczyć ich na żywo.
Europe ,jak mówią niektórzy jest zespołem jednego przeboju .Co prawda wylansowali jeszcze takie hity jak”Carrie” czy “Rock the Night”,jednak nie udało im się już uzyskać takiej popularności co wspomniany “The Final Countdown”.
Europe mimo braku spektakularnych sukcesów koncertuje do dzisiaj i wciąż jest dobrze przyjmowany przez fanów na całym świecie.
